NOTE: Please note that the original UUT ordinance (Ord. #92-5) continues, and a new
"communication users tax" ordinance (Ord.#2008-6) has been added, which replaces only the
telecommunications services in Ord.#92-5. Please note that tax remittances for all utilities subject to the tax must be
received by the City by no later than the twentieth (20th) day of the following month
(due date). Penalties (15%) and interest will be imposed on delinquent payments.
