| NOTE: Effective immediately, but by no later than September 1, 2009,
the percentage rate for telecommunication services subject to the UUT shall be
3.75% for residential and 8% for non-residential. The other utilities shall
continue to be taxed at 4% for residential, and 8% for non-residential. Please
note that the original UUT ordinance continues, and a new "telecommunication
users tax" ordinance (Ch. 7-7) has been added, which replaces only the
telecommunication services in Ch. 7-5.
