| NOTE: Effective immediately, but by no later than April 1, 2009, the
percentage rate for all utility services subject to the UUT shall be 5.75%.
Please note that tax remittances for all utilities subject to the tax must be
received by the City by no later than the twentieth (20th) day of the following month
(due date). Penalties (15%) and interest will be imposed on delinquent payments. |
